§ 1
General provisions
1. The Regulations define the general principles and conditions of using the Store and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as: “Service Provider” and “Customer”, respectively).
2. Through the Store, the Seller provides the Buyer with the opportunity to conclude a sales contract for services available in the Store and other electronic products. The Seller provides services to the Buyer electronically.
3. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer declares that he has read these Sales Regulations and accepts their provisions, and also consents to the processing of personal data in the manner and for the purposes specified in these Regulations.
§ 2
Definitions
For the purposes of these regulations, the following meanings are assumed:
1. Regulations – this document specifying the rules for the sale of services via the website at www.goforbot.com
2. Website – website www.goforbot.com containing a platform allowing for searching and acquiring customers as part of the purchased Service, created by the Service Provider.
3. Service Provider – an entity providing access to the Website.
4. Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a natural person running a business, a legal person, an organizational unit that is not a legal person but which is granted legal capacity by law, using the Service;
5. Consumer – a customer who is a natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to his or her business or professional activity;
6. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for him, resulting in particular from the subject of his business activity.
7. Customer Account – an individual, electronic account activated for the Customer in order to enable him to use the Service;
8. Agreement – Service provision agreement;
9. Lead – contact details of potential customers found and acquired by the Bot in the pre-sales process;
10. Service – a service provided by the Service Provider to the Customer, consisting in searching and acquiring Leads, information about which is provided to the Customer in order to make the Customer’s offer available to them or to establish business cooperation;
11. Bot – a tool (software) created by the Service Provider dedicated to searching and obtaining Leads – based on the Customer’s contacts on given social networking sites – in order to provide the Service;
12. Subscription Period – a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month period, starting from the date the Service Provider receives confirmation of payment for the Service by the Customer;
13. Fee / Price – a monetary payment specified by the Service Provider for the Service provided by the Service Provider to the Customer, the amount of which depends on the subscription period selected by the Customer and the type of product.
§ 3
Conditions of concluding the contract
1. To gain access to the Service, the Customer registers a Customer Account on the Website at: www.goforbot.com
2. The contract between the parties is concluded when the registration of the Customer Account on the Website is completed.
3. The Service Provider confirms completion of the registration of the Customer Account on the Website by e-mail.
4. During registration, the Customer is obliged to provide true and current data necessary for the Service Provider to provide the Service.
5. By registering a Customer account on the Website, the Customer who is a consumer declares and demands the commencement of the provision of services covered by the order before the deadline for submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, and therefore acknowledges the fact that in the event of exercising the right to withdraw, he will be obliged to pay remuneration for performed until the service is withdrawn.
§ 4
Prices and Payments
After creating a Customer account on the Website, the Customer selects and pays for access to the Service in accordance with the Prices applicable on the Website.
If a standing payment order is available and the Customer selects this form of payment, the Service Provider is authorized to debit the Customer’s account for orders sent on or after the date of their payment, and the Customer undertakes to ensure sufficient funds on his account. If there are no funds on the account, the Service Provider will not provide the services.
If after the expiry of the Subscription Period the Customer does not pay for access to the Service, access to the Service is blocked and the Service Agreement is terminated.
The prices posted on the Website are given in Canadian dollars and are inclusive of tax
Electronic payments on the Website are made via the website: PayPal.
§ 5
Copyright
The content posted on the Website, Bot and received as part of the provision of the Service by the Website is the property of the Service Provider and is subject to protection. Their commercial use, resale, reproduction and making available to others without the author’s consent are prohibited.
§ 6
Right to withdraw from the contract
If, during the purchase of the Service, the Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights agreed to the performance of the contract and the provision of the Service before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, he or she loses the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller.
If the circumstances indicated above do not occur, the Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the contract on the terms indicated below.
Withdrawal from the contract takes place by informing the Service Provider about your decision by submitting a declaration sent by traditional mail or e-mail.
The Service Provider provides a template of the Agreement Withdrawal Form – attached as Annex 1 to these Regulations. Failure to use the form in the withdrawal process does not render the withdrawal ineffective.
The consumer has the right to unsubscribe from the purchased package by the last day of the current month, and access to the tool will be provided until the end of the billing period. Payments are non-refundable and funds will not be refunded for failure to use the entire tool period. Additionally, if the customer does not comply with the notice period, he or she is not entitled to a refund and another fee for using the tool will be charged to the account.
The payment will be refunded using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights in the original transaction, unless the Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights has clearly indicated a different solution.
§ 7
Terms of Service
The Customer may use the Website provided that he or she uses a computer with access to the Internet and a Chrome web browser – the latest version available on May 10, 2022.
The Customer does not acquire any rights to the software available on the Website
§ 8
Rights and obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with a Service consisting in searching for and acquiring customers, using the Bot, information about whom is provided to the Customer in order to make the Customer’s offer available to them or to establish business cooperation.
§ 9
The Service Provider will enable the Customer to use technical support services for the Service.
Technical support consists in the Service Provider providing advice and explanations regarding the functioning of the Service.
Technical support is provided at the e-mail address office@goforbot.com, helpdesk@goforbot.com or by completing the contact form on the Website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to make temporary breaks in the operation of the System for maintenance and repair purposes, and in particular for the purposes of updating and expanding the System.
§ 10
Liability for defects
The Service Provider’s obligation is to provide the Buyer with a product free from physical or legal defects.
In order to submit a complaint, the Buyer may use the complaint form constituting Annex 2 to these Regulations.
All complaints regarding the Service should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: office@goforbot.com or in writing to the Service Provider’s address.
It is recommended that the Customer provide the following information in the description of the complaint: a clear identification of the Customer, allowing identification in the system, a description of the fault/error/defect, along with an indication of the time of its occurrence, the version and name of the browser.

Providing the above-mentioned information and circumstances will facilitate the processing of complaints. This information does not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended complaint description.
The Service Provider will notify the Customer about the consideration of the complaint and its result in a message sent to the e-mail or correspondence address provided by the Customer in the complaint, within 14 days.
Details regarding the Seller’s warranty for defects are regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code.
§ 11
Personal data protection
The administrator of Customers’ personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Regulation is the Service Provider, i.e. 3S Financial Group Sp. z o. o.
The Service Provider ensures the protection of personal data entrusted to it by Customers for processing.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, in particular in accordance with: Regulation on the protection of personal data; The Act on the provision of services by electronic means and the relevant implementing acts to this Act.
Customers’ personal data are processed to ensure the proper implementation of the Service, to inform customers about the Service Provider and the services it provides, and for other purposes if the Customer gives separate, explicit consent.
Under the Agreement, the Service Provider processes the following personal data of Customers: name, surname, residential/business address, company name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, NIP number.
Providing personal data by Customers is voluntary, but necessary to provide the Service.
Detailed information on personal data protection is regulated by the Privacy and Cookies Policy. The privacy and cookies policy is also available on the Website in the Privacy Policy tab.
§ 12
Final Provisions
These Regulations may be changed. The Regulations in force on the date of conclusion of the contract shall apply to contracts concluded before the amendment of the Regulations.
